To all of our customers who are in a state affected by wildfires, we hope you and your loved ones are safe and well.
If you haven’t already heard, our shipping partner, FedEx, is reporting disrupted service, and, in some areas, has temporarily suspended their service altogether.
If you need to make an order,we recommend placing it at least 3 weeks before you will run out of food in case of delays. If it is an option, we also recommend that you consider using an alternative shipping address to an area that is not affected.
This communication may seem trite if you are one of the many people affected, however, we know from customers how essential our products are to some pets, so please be assured it comes with only good intentions.
