As we enter the final months of 2019, we want to take a moment to highlight the fact that shipping during the holiday season can often take longer than usual. We encourage all Rayne customers to make extra allowances for these longer shipping times.Contact our Care Team if you have pending orders you’d like to reschedule.
Normally customers can expect to receive their orders within 5 to 7 days. However, during the holiday season (from November 24 to January 13) we recommend allowing for 14 days from placing your order to receiving it.
Our fulfillment center, located in Kansas, is open Monday through Friday. Normally, orders are fulfilled 1 business day after we receive them. For example, if you place an order on Monday it will generally ship out Tuesday, and orders placed on Friday generally ship on the following Monday. We use FedEx for the majority of our shipping needs; their usual shipping timeframe from Kansas to most locations in the United States is 2 to 4 business days. When we add the fulfillment time and shipping times, we arrive at our usual 3 to 5 business days (5-7 calendar days when allowing for weekends).

Adverse weather slows transit and keeps employees from getting to work at fulfillment/shipping centers.
Holidaysalter work schedules and impact work hours.
Increased shipping volume strains shipping and fulfillment infrastructure. FedEx estimates their daily volume will double during the holiday season.
