PRODUCT UPDATE ON KANGAROO AND RABBIT MEATBALLS

April 09, 2020 1 min read

We would like to let you know that once the current inventory for the Kangaroo (VC501D) and Rabbit (VC508D) Meatballs depletes, we will be temporarily discontinuing production of the meatballs. While we have received positive feedback about them, they are a handmade product produced in a novel protein facility and must be produced in small batches. It has been a challenge to meet the demand. We are looking at the best way to increase production while continuing to ensure the mitigation of cross contamination and quality you have come to expect from us.

We do expect the meatballs to return and will let you know a timeline once we determine the best course of action. In the meantime, we recommend our Simple Ingredient Treats (S.I.T) if you are interested in an alternative, and have also heard of success with owners baking a small amount of our DIAG wet diets to use as a novel protein pill pocket.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are working on a solution to ensure that once the meatballs return, we can continue to make them available.

Please feel free to reach out with any questions or feedback you may have at info@raynenutrition.com or 877-698-3823.

Thank you for choosing Rayne!
