  • Restrict-CKD™ canine wet diet is a phosphorus and protein-restricted diet with highly digestible ingredients and excellent palatability to support dogs with IRIS stage 2-4 renal disease, dogs with liver failure, and dogs with severe proteinuria.

Antioxidants in the sweet potato and turkey help support the immune system and the inclusion of prebiotics (FOS) helps maintain gastrointestinal health. Moderate restriction of sodium allows the diet to be used in dogs with hypertension, heart failure, and liver failure. High levels of omega-3 fatty acids are present in the diet, which may provide anti-inflammatory effects in patients with heart disease and inflammatory renal and liver diseases.

IMPORTANT: Wet feeding amounts have been rounded to the nearest whole number in order to provide practical measurements. Your pet’s caloric needs are as individual as yours. The feeding amounts should only be used as a starting guideline. Age, breed, gender, spay/neuter status, and activity level can all impact caloric requirements. Work with your veterinary team to achieve and maintain optimum weight.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I ORDER?

Before using this calculator, make sure you know the number of kcal/day that your pet needs. If not already known, you can calculate their energy requirements by using our Feeding Calculator.

Once you have this number, follow the prompts here to figure out approximately how often you will need to order food.
